Dailam Fard

Dailam’s football journey began at the age of five, playing in Eastleigh’s youth setup before being scouted by Accrington Stanley at just nine years old. His early development also saw him represent Iran at U15 level, competing in the AFC U15 Asia Cup.

At 18, Dailam returned to Southampton to continue his football journey and signed for Fareham Town. He was then later scouted by Hedge End Town, where he has spent the past decade building a successful football career and playing a key role in the club’s trophy winning years.

During his time at Hedge End Town, Dailam has helped the team lift multiple trophies, including the club’s memorable double win. His experience, commitment and longevity have made him an important part of the team both on and off the pitch.
